March 8, 2008-Let It Snow

Now that everyone is snowed in, raise your hand if you've heard, "I'm bored". One thing's for sure at my house. There is no room for being bored. Jim asked me where everyone was because it was so quiet. Yet, I had a house full of kids and adults. One was upstairs in Braydon's room playing guitar hero, one was in her room yakking on her cell phone and painting her nails while watching a cheer competition, one was downstairs in the family room on the computer, two were watching a movie, two were playing pool, I was off and on my computer in the computer room, Jim was watching tv in the living room and two were shoveling snow. My house is 3300 square feet of living space and when I have to clean four bathrooms, I mumble to myself that we need to get rid of this big place, yet, days like today change my mind quickly. Of course, I had to feed this group so I decided on baked spaghetti. Yum, it was good, if I should say so myself. Throughout the day, everyone ate in shifts, taking care of themselves, which was nice, so I outdid myself with supper. This was the extent of my day, so I guess I'll go join the others and see how much I can cheat playing Uno. Don't forget to forward your clocks up one hour. God bless.

I always have a full house. Sometimes it's okay, but then other times I would like some alone time. At least I can go somewhere in my house away from it all if I want to. You've been at my house, so you know how it is. In all honesty, it doesn't bother me too much. Now it might bother Grandpa, but he just puts his headphones on and hears nothing.
